**Revenue Achievement**: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets for existing accounts.
Campaigns and Activity Enhancement: Implement more activities and campaigns to boost conversion rates, commissions, and transaction fees.
**Client Reviews and Tactical Actions**: Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews for clients, analyzing program performance KPIs and recommending tactical actions for increased base penetration and revenues.
**Team Management and Development**:Lead and develop the account management team to ensure optimal performance and growth.
**Senior Management Relationships**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior management of existing accounts.
Collection and Contract Renewal: Oversee collection processes and contract
renewals to ensure sustained business relationships.

12+ years experience in account management, CRM, and business analysis.
Technical expertise in data analytics and knowledge of marketing methods.
BCs in Business Administration or relevant field. Preferable industry experience in
