Nuestros expertos en llegadas de huéspedes toman la iniciativa para brindar una amplia variedad de servicios que guían a los huéspedes durante sus experiências de llegada y salida. Tienen la libertad de moverse por su espacio y hacer lo que haya que hacer. Ya sea procesar necesidades operativas, satisfacer solicitudes de un huésped, completar informes o compartir los aspectos destacados del área local, el experto en llegadas de huéspedes hace que las transacciones se sientan como parte de la experiência.

Independientemente de en qué posición se encuentre, hay algunas cosas que son críticas para el éxito: crear un espacio de trabajo seguro, seguir las políticas y los procedimientos de la empresa, preservar la confidencialidad, proteger los activos de la empresa, mantener los estándares de calidad y garantizar que su apariencia personal, su uniforme y sus comunicaciones sean profesionales. Los expertos en llegadas de huéspedes estarán de pie y en movimiento (de pie, sentados o caminando durante mucho tiempo), y haciendo trabajos manuales (mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, halar y colocar objetos de un máximo de 23 kg sin ayuda y objetos de más de 34 kg con ayuda). Es imprescindible que los expertos en llegadas de huéspedes hagan bien todas estas cosas (y otras tareas de trabajo razonables, según se solicite) para hacer siempre lo correcto por nuestros huéspedes y por nuestro negocio.
