- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to a team of four tax accountants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax filings, including income tax returns, VAT returns, and other regulatory requirements.
- Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing strategic tax advice, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Review tax work papers, calculations, and documentation prepared by the team to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve tax processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate tax-related risks, keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in VAT is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate tax is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Tax or Accountancy.
- UAE VAT & Corporate tax knowledge will be a huge advantage.
- Ability to learn new tax laws and regulations.
- Very good English communication skills in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Tax Consultancy firm experience is required.
