In 2006, _VO**IS** started operating in Egypt and now has established global delivery centers in Alexandria and Cairo. With more than 7,500 employees, _VO**IS** Egypt supports global markets and group functions of Vodafone and delivers best-in-class customer experience through multi-functional services in the areas of Information Technology, Networks, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Business Solutions (Robotics & AI), Commercial Operations (Consumer & Business), Intelligent Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations.

**Role purpose**:
1. Employer Branding (70%): The incumbent will own the Global Employer Branding Strategy for the company. As part of the role, the person will conceptualise and implement key internal & external interventions, and maintain relationships with key external partners to help achieve our vision of becoming an employer of choice in the IT & ITeS sector in all our locations by end of FY23-24.
2. Employer Value Proposition (EVP) (30%): The incumbent will own the global & local EVPs of _VOIS and will closely work with the business, COEs, communications team and employer brand content specialist to conceptualise and implement EVP embedment campaigns & engagements
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**

1. Create and own the Global Employer Branding Strategy, and local and global EVP. Create & embed our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) internally & externally across our centres. The incumbent will also be the SPOC for all Employer Branding & Talent Attraction requests for their respective centre.
2. Manage and groom our key internal and external communities i.e. youth, new joiners, alumni etc.
3. Conceptualise and organize high impact employer branding engagements and campaigns while working with key COEs like D&I, CSR, Youth, Future Ready, Spirit, Talent Acquisition etc., while managing accountability for successful completion of event & campaign objectives.
4. Manage & amplify _VOIS’s global employer brand on company’s external social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), _VOIS Careers, LinkedIn Life & Glassdoor.
5. Manage & leverage relationships with key global external partners i.e. social media agencies. Great Place to Work Institute, Glassdoor, B-schools, Tech colleges, etc. to position _VOIS as an employer of choice in the IT & ITeS industry.

**Core competencies, knowledge, and experience**

Essential:
1. Deep understanding of Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, Social Media, visual identity, and EVP.
**Experience**:
1. Extensive experience in Social Media & Digital Strategy for Employer Brand Building, EVP Embedment and Online Reputation Management.
2. Proven track record of being a go-getter, motivated and creative professional with demonstrated event, project and budget management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage complex global projects.
3. Excellent stakeholder & partner management skills to create & sustain successful global collaborations.
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Minimum 3 years of in-house or agency experience in Employer Branding Strategy, EVP, Brand Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Online Reputation Management and Talent Attraction Strategy.
