**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Analyze technical malfunctions in X-ray systems (focus on radiography / fluoroscopy) together with our service technicians and clinical customers
- Work with our international team of service technicians and carry out troubleshooting via remote maintenance or telephone
- Carry out a qualified preliminary clarification and then draw up an action plan, including a spare parts proposal; use our internal database for this
- Action tracking, as well as the implementation of adjustments and escalations (HSC + XP business line)
- You will be responsible for analyzing the situation and establishing the actions required to restore the system to operation.
- In addition, you will be responsible for providing telephone guidance to customers on certain workflow issues (network, DICOM).
**Your Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or related
- Previous experience in similar role from 3 -6 years of experience within a reputable healthcare organization
- You have knowledge in the areas of IT / X-Workplace, country-specific regulations (P16, constancy test).
- Excellent English language (Spoken-Written) is a must
