**Job Description**:
As the **Aftersales Business Development & Engineering Manager **you will develop new business opportunities and markets to grow GM and ACDelco P&A business in Egypt and North Africa markets, Study market dynamics & seek new opportunities to generate additional revenue & improve our portfolio and competitiveness in Egypt & North Africa markets, responsible for the After-sales engineering activities and market readiness for all new GM vehicle new launches. Support Product Development Manager in developing new line items following the global APC processes.

**Other responsibilities includ**
- Handle Business development activities for Egypt & North Africa.
- Analyze business KPIs and assess operations performance.
- Research, identify new business opportunities (new market, growth opportunities, customers, partnership, products & services).
- Develop go to market strategies according to product & market nature.
- Explore new suppliers or potential business opportunities at current suppliers.
- Explore import & export market opportunities to support portfolio & market expansion.
- Develop business case & support decision, proposed price positioning according to market dynamics.
- Construct price buildup and negotiate prices for new line items with dealer management.
- Develop Part to Part study vs competition and OE (Original Equipment) and submit recommendations.
- Study multiple data sources and periodic market research generated from wholesale.
- Recommend promotion programs to push sales to the market that matches each product line and related market situation.
- Participate in NSA (New Supplier Assessment) to expand suppliers’ platform.
- Coordinate Brand Protection activities to protect against raid and infringement parts leaked in the market.
- Manage aftersales readiness (Service manual, parts catalogue,..etc) for Egypt and North Africa markets to ensure flawless launches for new programs and model year changes.
- Study products vs competitors’ features to develop SWOT and insights.
- Support Product development for parts & accessories including suppliers’ evaluation, parts compliance & Graphics design.

**Education/Experience**:

- Engineering University degree, preferably in Automotive Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive industry.
