**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team and hiring managers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
- Familiarity with various recruiting techniques and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
