- Responsible for identifying new growth initiatives opportunities, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and proactively seeking out new partnerships that could benefit the business.
Test innovative growth initiatives, exploring new avenues and strategies to drive business expansion.
- Identify strategic priorities and take the lead in advancing opportunities that drive growth initiatives, and help quantify and priorities strategic directions and initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze relevant data, and provide recommendations for improvement. Priorities growth-related metrics and outcomes in data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as business, marketing, product development, and legal to ensure that partnership initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
- Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations, and will be responsible for maintaining a positive image of the company in all interactions with partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on directions outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in business, partnerships, and growth roles.
- Previous experience in Startups is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in a related field.
- English proficiency (spoken & written) is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication and Negotiation skills.
- Skilled and quick with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
