**Job description**

In this job, you will be joining a growing company, who's operations team are growing at a rapid rate. You will be joining the Office Management team, responsible for assisting with the daily operational management of the business. You will be involved in developing and leading head office operations alongside the CEO, COO and the senior directors. This role requires exceptional organisational skills as you will be the go-to person for all thing’s admin/ office based. Looking for a strong personality that can maximize performance. Knowledge of expansion, support management to grow the number of branches and teams. We are looking at growing so knowledge of start up, legal set up is an advantage.

**Key responsibilities**

In this Job your responsibilities will include:

- Planning activities and events aspects under the guidelines of Operation Manager, such as banners, collect printing, organise pick up for fairs, brochures.
- Manage the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation.
- Organising sponsorships for GUSK events, educational fairs, yearly global conference.
- Creating event proposals which fit company requirements and presenting proposals by deadline.
- Perform research to gain deep understanding of different requirements and details of each event.
- Work hand-in-hand with managers of other departments concerning work/operational issues and other activities
- Organizing facilities and details such as transportation, location, equipment, promotional material
- Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
- Organize various admissions functions and events.
- Lead the operations team by setting clear goals and expectations for team members to drive operational excellence.
- Being responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
- Collaborate with managers of other departments concerning work/operational issues and other activities.
- Analyse all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Directors.
- Order office equipment, return defective equipment/parts to a maintenance company and restock missing parts. Create and submit office equipment reports
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Maintain high standards of quality control in production, service delivery and product offerings.
- Arrange and prepare equipment for shipping/receiving and distribution accurately and promptly.

**Job requirements**
- A degree from university
- Previous office operations/ office administration, internships, placements is preferable.
- A passion for organisation and operations, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Office management experiences is a huge bonus
- Positive attitude, strong presentation skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literacy, including MS Office, the internet and social media technologies
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
