Implement the sales plan set for the Telesales team and supervise the team towards achieving the set business goals and targets.

Track the performance of the Telesales officers, in addition to monitoring their productivity, training and work on developing their skills on the job to achieve the set goals.

Promote EGBANK products through direct and cross selling to achieve the bank’s goals and increase its market share.

Maintain a strong relationship with EGBANK customers and ensures that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfills their needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers.

Adhere to the bank policies, procedures and instructions and practice the required controls in order to avoid any fraudulence.

Conduct random quality checks for the Telesales officer calls to ensure that the team are meeting the set standards and following the policies and procedures guidelines.

Gather feedback from the local market needs and the offers presented by the other competitors, and provide suggestions and enhancements to the Telesales Head

Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures.
