Academy Training Coordinator

**The Training Coordinator is a member of the MEA Service Academy team. He / she will report to the Divisional Learning Manager-MEA.**

**The Coordinator main role is to provide high quality administrative support to the academy and the divisional L&D team, The responsibilities and mission will include but not limited to the following**:

- **Supports the academy daily operations.**
- **Assures that academy facilities, equipment & tools are maintained properly.**
- **Leases with the workshop operation team to prepare and allocate training equipment.**
- **Handles academy supplies and lease with different suppliers (end to end process).**
- **Negioitates and handle hotel and transportation suppliers agreements.**
- **Prepares invitation letters for participants who require visa. And follow up on visa and flight tickets.**
- **Arranges hotel booking for participants and arrange airport pick up.**
- **Arranges daily transportation and catering during training days and liaise with different suppliers.**
- **Prepares, assembles and distributes course materials.**
- **Maintains administrative records in the Learning Management System (LMS).**
- **Gathers feedback from key stakeholders to continually improve the training programs.**
- **Supports L&D teams in content creation, update and E-learning content creation using authoring tool.**
- **Other tasks as and when required.**

**Experience requirements**

**At least 2 years Administrative or L&D experience.**

**Educational requirements / Knowledge**

**BSc in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.**

**Very good command of English, speaking and writing.**

**Excellent business writing and verbal communications.**

**Knowledge of “Learning Management systems” is a plus.**

**Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools is a plus.**

**Personality requirements**

**Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly.
