**Introduction**
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Are you ready?

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Helps clients determine business issues and recommends organization change strategy specific to SAP solution implementation. Consultant uses in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to insure the adoption of new processes and procedures in support of an SAP solution.
Lead key transformation projects as assigned by the Talent & Transformation Leader
- Drive and track the progress of the strategic priorities and identifying mitigation tactics as required
- Draft and develop communication plans and materials in order to inform and educate Talent & Transformation practitioners and leaders
- Create enablement and education materials in support of our offerings
- Partner with marketing, operations, finance, HR and other functional teams and practitioners to drive Talent & Transformation priorities
- Play an important role in the formation of the deal/tiger team to drive sales for Talent & Transformation
- Work on client projects and ensure service excellence is the key focus.
