We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of our clients' SAP systems. Your expertise in SAP Basis administration, technical troubleshooting, and system optimization will be crucial in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our clients' SAP landscapes.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of SAP system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP software and related components.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP Basis administration tasks, system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure integration between SAP modules and external systems.
- Manage system security by implementing user access controls, security patches, and vulnerability assessments.
- Lead high-level system design discussions, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
- Mentor and guide junior Basis consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and address critical system issues in a timely manner.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in remote and on-site modes.
- The ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a professional manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Meeting Moderation and workshop facilitation in remote and on-site modes
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Contribute to a functional or business-related community.
- Pro-active support of Knowledge Management and Innovation activities

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGES**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum Job Experience: 3-6 Years
- Fluency in English
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and conversions.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and experience with SAP deployments on cloud platforms.
- Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP landscapes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture, SAP HANA, and other underlying technologies.
- Proficiency in system installation, upgrades, EHP updates, and system copy/refresh procedures.
- Strong understanding of SAP transport management, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Experience in SAP security administration, including role design and user access controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- SAP Basis certifications will be a plus.
