**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM/SF/ECP modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time Management, and more.
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions that align with the client's HR and payroll processes.
- Conduct workshops, gather and document functional and technical requirements, and design and implement SAP HCM/SF/ECP systems.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM/SF/ECP modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Deliver end-user training and develop comprehensive documentation to support system users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates and best practices to continuously improve the system's performance and capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SAP HCM/SF/ECP Consultant.
- Proven experience with SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and more.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or ECP certification is a plus.
