Tabby is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to empowering our employees through comprehensive training and development programs. We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team in Cairo. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Resource Management**:
- Allocate and manage training resources, including training rooms, trainers, training materials, and technology.
- Ensure that training facilities are well-equipped and conducive to learning.
**Monitoring and Evaluation**:
- Collect feedback from participants and trainers to assess the quality of training programs.
- Use feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training initiatives.
**Training Venue Management**:
- Create training schedules and coordinate logistics(booking calendars of trainers, trainees etc.), including venues and equipment. (For Face to Face as well as Virtual Sessions)
**Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage the training budget, including cost estimation and financial tracking.
- Prepare regular budget reports for management review.
**Reporting**:
- Track all the relevant metrics for training batches, update the trackers, publish reports on time to all the relevant stakeholders.
**Communication**:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with trainers, participants, and stakeholders.
- Provide timely information and instructions related to training programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications are advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development, project management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Resourcefulness, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with training management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Sensitivity to cultural nuances and a deep understanding of the local work culture in Cairo.
