**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure that cash disbursement in the plants and farms are done in accordance to the company policies and procedures. This is done mainly by the plants controllers who are directly reporting to the field controllers. any changes in the SOA will be communicated by the field controller to the plant controllers to use in their daily review of the disbursement.
- Respond to risk highlighted by corporate audit / IA, prepare mitigation steps in cooperation with the OPS directors and monthly follow up on the execution of action plan with a monthly status report to the OPS directors and the financial controller
- Coordinating with the cross function (including the BU functions) in terms of:

- Risks / Fraud assessments meetings.
- Leading the implementation of the issues raised by IA reports.
- Support the financial controller in the Preparation of the audit committee.
- Ensure with the OPS directors in closing all issues arising from all audit forums and provide monthly report to the OPS directors FD and the financial controller.
- Monitor the implementation of the policies and procedures across the OPS functions. This include the followings:

- Manufacturing policies and procedures,
- Supply chain policies and procedures (WH, fleet, production planning).
- Agro supply chain policies and procedures,
- Scrap & waste policies and procedures,
- Cafeteria policies and procedures,
- Daily labor policies and procedures.
- Labs policies and procedures,
- Agro policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the cross function to update their policies and procedures on a regular basis.

Updating the COSO documentation according to latest PIRT. This include coordinating with the cross function to determine the latest PIRT versions and the impact of these versions on the business.

leading the implementation of the Control AOP projects related to the OPS;
Ensure controls over scrap sales. This is done through managing the activities of the plant controllers who are reconciling the scrap quantities documents.

**SC controls**:
Managing and reviewing the work performed by the SC business partner (L6) which mainly focus on:

- Ensuring controls over the warehouses and inventories.
- Ensuring controls over the production planning.
- Ensuring controls over the fleet operations.
- Ensuring controls over the workshop operations.
- Managing the inventory reserves.

**Plants controls**:
Managing and reviewing the work performed by the 3 plant controllers (L7 & 8) which mainly focus on:

- Ensure controls over daily transactions within the plants.
- Provide quarterly plants controller deck to reflect the status of the controls within the plants.
- Provide monthly plants efficiency deck that focus on analyzing various trends within the plants.
- Assets management per plant.
- Ensure the daily labor transactions accuracy.

**Agro controls**:
Managing and reviewing the work performed by the Agro business partner (L7) which mainly focus on:

- Ensuring controls over the Agro operations (in house farming and Agro SC).
- Ensure supplier selection and evaluation process.
- Ensure the review of all Agro contracts.
- Managing the potatoes reserves.
- Issues monthly agro KPIs (Yield /Fadden, Actual Cost/Ton, Actual Cost vs. forecast, Cost element per ton).

**Costing**:
Managing and reviewing the work performed by the Costing manager (L8) which mainly focus on:

- Monthly analysis of the COGS
- Managing the monthly MUV
- Monthly analysis of operational expenses COC
- Monthly analysis of the stock movements
- Review MOH bookings among manufacturing cost centers
- Review MOH allocation among plants, brands & categories
- Analyze PPV actual results to identify main materials with price differences and reasons behind these variances

**GCS partnership**

Partner with the IA manager in the assessment of the GCS maturity level across all cycles. This is including the assessment of the five components of the GCS and setting action plan per cycle per component to move upward in the maturity levels.

Coordinate with the other functions such as the BIS and the HR in the implementation of their GCS activities.

**Efficiency / Analysis**

Monthly monitoring of the KPIs. KPIs include:

- Manufacturing KPIs
- Waste KPIs,
- Supply chain KPIs,
- Agro Supply chain KPIs,
- Fleet KPIs,
- Cold stores KPIs.

**Assets management**

Manage the fixed assets across all locations in cooperation with the engineering team in terms of:

- Ensure continues tagging of the newly added assets in addition to old un-tagged assets.
- Performing fixed assets count.
- Ensure the procedures of transferring assets from location to another.

**Others**

Facilitating the external auditing done by corporate auditors

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business administration

CPA, CMA is a plus

**Prior Work Experience**:
10 years’ experience in financial accounting and control function.

Experience in FMCG.
