- Building, leading and developing your team (through empowerment, mentoring and continuous feedback) - a high-performance engineering team and ensure high quality services and efficient delivery process.
- Supervising and driving the team's technical roadmap, with direct alignment and partnership with the CTO and senior management.
- Alignment with your direct reports on the team's development and delivery process and the communication with the team's stakeholders.
- Giving a strong focus on coding operational best practices.
- Collaborating with the stakeholders in a bold and persuasive way at all levels to many different audiences to clarify the technical requirements independently, assessing development estimates and design options.

**The keys to unlock this vacancy are**:

- 7+ years of software development experience
- Agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban, etc..)
- Experience building highly scalable, and highly available software systems.
- Technical leadership and solid experience with IT infrastructure setups using a mix of hosting and cloud services in an organization that experienced high growth.
- In-depth knowledge of APIs and microservices.
- Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot,Java Script,.Net Core, Python,MySql, MongoDB, AWS, and Docker,Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to run and improve technical development processes Curiosity and passion for our customer’s needs and experience.
