Today, we are recruitinng a Signaling Site Manager to join our Project Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity to join a truly international team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring that an installation is completed on time and within budget.
- You are responsible for the coordination of trackside installation and commissioning in Signaling & Communication onsite.
- Coordination of site supervisors related to daily activities
- Support the keep the schedule updated with all inputs from onsite activities
- Monitoring and controlling all material that has to be installed
- Here you act as an interface to the customer and internal/external suppliers.
- They ensure the technically flawless and economical execution of the assembly and commissioning work.
- You will also analyze disruptions and determine remedial measures with those involved, even if there are conflicting interests.
- In addition, you follow deadlines for commissioning and service work and coordinate them with the Overall Site Manager, and monitor compliance with them.
- You create and are responsible for the installation concept and are responsible for compliance with HSE regulations on the construction sites.
- You are also responsible for site-related reporting and analyzing and identifying the relevant KPIs.
- You will also support contract and claim management, and monitor the quantity survey activities for the sub-suppliers share of the delivery.

**Requirements profile**
- You can show that you have completed a university degree in electrical, electronic, telecommunication engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of experince in a relevantr position
- You have many years of experience in supporting complex signaling projects in the rail automation industry in an international environment, preferably combined with longer stays abroad.
- You have extensive experience in the simultaneous management and control of several teams of experts.
- The strong international orientation of her role requires very good knowledge of English and integrative skills as well.
- Committed to working in a pressurized environment with conflicting priorities and without permanent supervision
