**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating interviews, onboarding, and other recruitment processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events or activities.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor and track attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and help maintain HR documentation.
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist in generating basic HR reports and metrics for decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (Hard Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Eagerness to learn HR practices and contribute to team success.
- Prior experience in administrative or HR-related roles (e.g., internships, part-time positions) is a plus but not required.
