Danfoss Drives, Product Management & Development is looking for an enthusiastic and curious Executive Assistant, who can navigate effortlessly in a large organization with multiple stakeholders at all levels and really value flexibility and true teamwork.

As Executive Assistant you will report to the Head of Product Management & Development Denmark (PM&D DK) and will have frequent interactions with the leadership teams in the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
This is an essential position, providing support, sparring and coordination while also driving communications related tasks for the leadership teams in PM&D DK. In addition, we expect your flexible support in relation to travel, meetings, visitors, and other office related tasks. You will be working closely together with other secretaries and assistants in Danfoss Drives to ensure that personal strength and preference are used to its full potential and a seamless interaction between functions. Furthermore:

- Provide proactive calendar management and prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements and manage changing priorities
- Maintain lines of communication and build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Initiate, follow-up and finish presentations and other materials
- Manage and arrange meetings and workshop and know the suited places in the local area, both internally and externally
- Support digital ways of working and use digital communication platforms to support leadership teams

You will have a large responsibility, and it is therefore essential that you are proactive, hold an overall business understanding and interdisciplinary interest. The workload will often be unpredictable, and it is important to have the ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously without affecting quality and in general have a flexible approach to work.

As a person you have strong analytical and engagement skills, a structured approach to manage multiple tasks and agendas. You are proactive, service-minded, meticulous, and able to keep calm in a hectic workday with many deadlines. You contribute with a positive and open mindset to the team and daily work, and you have an infectious sense of humor. You are always one step ahead of the demands and ready to act and can cope with a variety of simultaneous and new tasks at the same time. You are well-organized, flexible, detail-oriented and have a strong drive to make things work. You solve problems by thinking Danfoss and feel energized by a high work pace. Furthermore:

- Your background may vary, it will be an advantage with relevant experience from a similar job
- Good Danish and English skills, both verbally and in writing
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel
- Solid skills in creating and structuring communication material
- Dynamic, self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Open and curious mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and develop
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Digitally proficient
