We are looking for an Export Coordinator for our organization that will be responsible for all our business activities. We are expecting a dynamic and totally independent person with High Education (preferably University degree), strong personality and have self-responsibility.

1. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.

2. Has the ability to work under pressure and take quick decisions in stressful situations

3. Can represent the company at a high and professional level

4. To be very flexible and completely independent

5. Fluent **English** is essential

6. Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
It’s required professional use of Excel program, very quick issuing invoices with mathematical equations system. Professional use of Power Point, presentations should be in English.

**Job description**:
1. Maintain communication with Customers, Suppliers, Shipping Agents, and our Bank Foreign Business Consultant.

2. Make purchase orders, export documents, and shipping arrangements.

3. Check Delivery notes, invoices quantities, and approve labels designs.

4. Arrange samples to be sent to existing and potential customers.

5. Make and submit price quotations upon request.

6. Ensure timely shipments of the goods to customers through proper communication with shipping and logistic companies and accurate documents preparation.

7. Prepare documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipper’s export declarations, certificates of origin, EUR 1 among other documents.

8. Make an annual order forecast for each customer.

9. Legalize documents to comply with export regulations for any specific country.

10. Miscellaneous clerical duties such as hard paper and electronic filing, scanning, making copies, sending fax, etc.

11. Hand over to the administrative assistant invoices and final export documents.

Start: immediately
, 2 years contract
Working hours, Monday-Friday 09.00-20.00 with 1h break

**Salary**: 4.000 AED per month
Work Location: In person

Company will issue residential visa, but the total cost will be deducted during 12 months.
20 working days is holiday per year, but only after 6 months working and after the approval from General manager.
