Senior Leasing Executive

**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Give proposals for locating tenants that will lease or rent an available space across all Savills’ clients.
- Scout and identify prospective tenants/brands looking to lease a property.
- Communicate with potential tenants to identify their requirements and convince them with our commercial projects.
- Develop and maintain client monthly reports.
- Provide potential tenants with viewings in all projects highlighting the different USPs.
- Comprehend and explain the different commercial terms with the tenants.
- Oversee the processing and approval of prospective tenants across our projects.
- Liaise with other departments on processing and approving tenants across our commercial projects, including, but not limited to legal, property management and marketing aspects.
- Coordinate, negotiate and track first & subsequent LOIs from drafts to execution.
- Maintain good rapport with tenants by aligning with the Property Management Department.
- Follow up on project trackers and systems for the Commercial Agency Department.
- Ensure revenue goals are achieved.
- Propose tenant mixes and leasing strategies across current and upcoming projects.
- Identify new retail trends and concepts in the market that would potentially fit with market demand and overall project strategy.
- Develops sustainable relationships with clients as well as tenants leading to repeat business.
- Gives and receives constructive feedback as appropriate.
- Displays energy, drive and commitment in meeting client’s needs.
- Understands clients’ needs and leads them to alternative solutions to meet their requirements where appropriate.
- Evaluate and acts on client/tenant feedback.
- Contributes to department targets
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Negotiation skills
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, and/or marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry, business development, retail, and/or real estate development
- Awareness of the commercial real estate industry
- Networking skills
- Strong use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written
