- hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall grade of Very Good (CGPA of 3.0)
- be highly proficient in MS Excel and Word
- be familiar with data entry, retrieval, and interpretation
- demonstrate attention to detail in their work
- reside in Minya Governorate, preferably near New Minya
- be proficient in English and Arabic

تعلن جامعة دراية بالمنيا الجديدة عن فتح باب التقدم لعدة وظائف بإدارة السجلات الأكاديمية (مسجلين) بقطاع شئون الطلاب. ويشترط في المتقدم للتعيين في هذه الوظيفة:

- أن يكون حاصلاً على البكالوريوس أو الليسانس بتقدير لا يقل عن جيد جدًا (معدل تراكمي 3,0)
- أن يجيد استخدام برامج ميكروسوفت (وورد/إكسل) إجادة تامة
- أن يكون متمرسًا في إدخال البيانات وإخراجها وتحليلها
- أن يكون مهتمًا بالتفاصيل والدقة في العمل
- أن يكون من سكان محافظة المنيا، بالقرب من مدينة المنيا الجديدة
- أن يجيد اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية

كما يشترط على المتقدمين الذين سيتم ترشيحهم للوظيفة اجتياز امتحاني اللغة الإنجليزية والكمبيوتر قبل التأهل للمقابلة الشخصية.

يتم تقديم المستندات من خلال ملف (پي دي اف) واحد فقط يضم السيرة الذاتية وأسماء ووسائل التواصل مع ثلاثة مراجع مهنية للمتقدم.

تستمر الجامعة في مراجعة طلبات التقدم من الآن وإلى أن يتم شغل جميع الوظائف.
