**Your Job**
As a receptionist at Guardian will be the first point of contact for our company. Your role is to provide excellent customer service, ensure the smooth operation of the front office, and support the administrative team in alignment with our Market-Based Management® principles. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient functioning of the office

- Identify opportunities to improve front office operations and customer service practices.
- Take initiative to solve problems and implement solutions that enhance office efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating office events.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers about the company and its services.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Adhere to company policies and PBM guiding principles in all interactions.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
