- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing front office operations is a plus.
