Robusta Studio is a tech agency working with a diverse client base across different sectors & industries on implementing digital transformation programs. Engagements are typically focused on the digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

**Position Overview**

As a junior project management officer (PMO), your primary responsibilities are to coordinate, follow up, and oversee operations on Robusta’s projects internally. You are in charge of communicating with other departments to fill project needs, and constantly searching for ways to improve efficiency while lowering project cost.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Following up regularly on all project plans and highlighting progress issues
- Organize and archive project records for future reference.
- Responsible for constantly checking all projects’ adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Have an ongoing status for all project timelines identifying delay factors and constantly reporting statuses/ problems to the PMO and management
- Facilitate communication between project leads, PMO, and the management
- Manage project data and information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Help maintain project management tools and databases.
- Contribute to the identification and documentation of project risks and issues.
- Provide administrative support to project managers as needed.
- Contribute if needed to the implementation of quality assurance processes for project deliverables.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
- Identify areas for efficiency gains and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, project management, computer science, or Engineering).
- 2-3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn from more experienced project management professionals.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Openness to learning new tools and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Thoroughness in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using common office software (Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.).
