**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company strategy.
- **Brand Management**:
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- **Campaign Development and Execution**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- **Customer Acquisition and Retention**:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new customers.
- Create customer retention campaigns that nurture existing client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to continually improve marketing efforts.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) to track and optimize marketing performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Manage and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a creative and results-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a service-based industry (e.g., consulting, hospitality, financial services, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proficient in marketing automation software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: E£25,000.00 per month
