**Job Summary**

Process analysts define, document, and assess the business processes of an organization or department and then identify areas for potential improvement. Their focus is on streamlining operations or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity. They also ensure processes are aligned with organization objectives and guidelines. They meet with stakeholders across the organization to gather research, and interact with outside vendors. They prepare documentation and develop recommendations. They may also implement tech-based programs to automate routine processes

**Main Responsibilities**
- Meeting with clients to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
- Lead the discovery phase of different process and business analysis projects to define the scope of work.
- Conducting site visits to analyze equipment and established processes.
- Interviewing process owners and stakeholders throughout the discovery phase to gather the needed information.
- Identifying key functions and roles of processes, process timelines, process boundaries and pain points.
- Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
- Draw the current workflow to verify as-is process with process owners and sign-off documented processes.
- Propose ways of improvement on existing processes to minimize and automate the process pain pointsand design new processes.
- Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.
- Ensure supporting documents are created and distributed/posted in timely manner.
- Verify and test the implementation of modified processes in business practices and systems.
- Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
- Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.

**Qualifications & skills**

**Education**

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, law, or similar.

**Skills**
- 3 - 5 years' experience as a process/business analyst.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to work according to the client time zone.
- Fair knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
- Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Advanced business process analysis knowledge.
- Familiar with Six Sigma practices.
- Strong documentation skills.

**Working Conditions**
- Hours: Full Time
- Days off: 2 days off
- Hybrid working environment.
