**Previously Closed Deals with US Based Real Estate employer**

**Fluent American english speaker**

An **upbeat personality**, high energy, and positive attitude

A **good listener**- you will be providing solutions

**Negotiation skills** - we will be converting leads to deals and making offers

**Committed to growth **and the growth of the team - we experience and learn together

Access to **reliable internet - **you will be communicating with clients and team members through ZOOM calls and other web-based programs

**Sales** Background - working experience as a Health Insurance Agent, Car salesman, Insurance Agent, Call-Center Experience.
- **System/equipment requirements**:_

Internet connection of at least 15mbps; w/ back up
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Backup workstation (preferred)
Backup internet (pocket WIFI)
USB noise-cancelation headset (REQUIRED)
