**Responsibilities**
- Analyzing Category financial performance;
- Develop analysis to support decision making processes;
- Partnering with the commercial organization on various Category-related financial questions;
- Financial modelling of NPDs, recommending whether we need to launch these products and challenging weak points in the business cases;
- Ensure financial evaluation of post launch for the major NPD projects and ensure distribution within organization to learn from previous projects and improve processes;
- Continuously share financial knowledge/building financial acumen in commercial organization and/or between prime movers;
- Adapt reporting for flexible requirements and investigate automation opportunities;
- Support planning cycles, adjust calculations in the system (TM1).

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in finance/accounting/economics area
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel
- Proficiency in English language
- French language minimum B1+
- Proactiveness, eagerness to learn financial know-how and develop capabilities;
- Good problem solving, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization;
- Ability to work remotely within a virtual team with deadlines.
