Sales Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential clients by seeking out their needs and offering solutions.
- Acquire new accounts through inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Create, negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Manage key accounts.
- Act as a point of contact for clients.
- Handle complaints, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
- Maintain client satisfaction by keeping the quality of products and services high and meeting new client needs.
- Strategize new approaches for attracting clients and making sales in a B2B context.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Create frequent sales reviews and reports to monitor performance analytics.
Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£18,000.00 per month
