**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This includes the setup, management, and tracking of campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they achieve campaign objectives and KPIs. This will include A/B testing, bidding strategies, and targeting optimization.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance data and provide insightful reports to the Paid Media Manager and wider marketing team. Understand the key trends and insights from the campaign data to inform future strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, including the content, creative, and product teams, to ensure the campaigns are fully aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in paid media, including platform updates, new features, and best practice strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) with running and optimizing paid media campaigns, particularly on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The experience could come from internships, co-op programs, or entry-level roles.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, vlookups, and chart creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
