Urgently required for Conference department
Position : Conference Coordinator
Location: El Maadi, Cairo
Day off: Friday and Saturday
Working hours: 10 a.m. 6 p.m.
Job Description:
1. Organize and manage business cards collected from event participants, ensuring all information is recorded and categorized properly.
3. Communicate with event speakers, ensuring they receive all necessary details and information related to the conference schedule and requirements.
4. Coordinate with speakers to finalize presentation times and ensure smooth transitions between sessions during the event.
5. Provide logístical support on the day of the conference, including assisting speakers and attendees as needed.
6. Maintain and update the attendee, speaker, and sponsor databases to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
7. Assist in the registration process, ensuring that all attendees receive their materials and have a positive experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, administrative support, or customer service roles, preferably in conferences or large events.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to interact effectively with speakers, attendees, and team members.
4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high efficiency.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including speakers, attendees, and sponsors.
7. Strong ability to think quickly and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during event planning and execution.
