Event Coordinator

This role includes all aspects of event coordination from choosing a suitable venue, planning, organizing, and coordinating events, conceptualizing ideas, creating and enforcing budgets, and liaising with partners, suppliers, and employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Recommend venues for different events based on their type and size taking into consideration the location and budget.
- Coordinate events’ logistics such as facilities, catering, displays, printing, and all event production items.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues. Arrange the procurement of the event’s needs in advance.
- Follow up with the design team for all required designs like social media posts, announcements, and printings.
- Determine and coordinate event setup with the production agency and deliver the required designs on time.
- Source and manage events’ ushers and organizers, divide them into teams for different activities, and ensure they have the required training prior to the event.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and the satisfaction of participants.
- Handle events’ pop-ups and come up with solutions on the spot.
- Maintain records of events costs, creating reliable financial reports for the events' spending and earnings.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved
- Follow up on the teams responsible for services such as marketing, tech, and operations, and coordinate internal activities related to the events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree.
