Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build Haleon Business in the Modern trade channel through focus on strategic partnerships with key account customers/ drive Brand execution excellence, distribution and innovations.
Job Related Experience:
- Managing modern trade key accounts; developing strong relationships through strategic partnerships & joint business planning- driving execution across Key accounts, core range assessment & optimization promotion strategies, customer shelving and distribution / range strategic approach and guidelines lock brands growth priorities and innovation- Creating and implementing the annual business plan for customers (Customer Collaboration Plan, sales, off-take, activity management).- Conducting close monitoring of customer performance through data-driven analysis; regularly sharing results through reports and presentations.- Leading, managing, and executing key activities that grow market share- Managing customers' commercial spending budgets in alignment with company plans & brands strategy- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different functions such as Marketing, supply chain, commercial excellence and finance- Ensuring the distribution of new products is completed in line with company expectations- Develop and deliver Brand Level Shelving Strategy to include share of shelf and shelf placement objectives with in the Category Management fundamentals- Working in coordination and harmony with the field team team and merchandising team to achieve the strategic objectives
