We wish to compliment our existing team with an experienced People & Culture Coordinator within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and generalist HR support to diverse project teams across the Fulton Hogan Utilities business- Performing extensive on-boarding activities and transactional support to enable business operations- Providing support across a range of HR activities including recruitment, training, employment contracts, change of circumstances, payroll liaison, timesheets, employee communication and off boarding- Supporting the Performance Management, Talent & Succession, Remuneration & Benefits, and Learning & Development programmes- Assisting with the investigating IR/ER issues and recommending solutions in accordance with legislation, policy and guidelines- Supporting the team in the effective utilisation and improvement of HRIS and Business Management Systems.
How you'll connect to the role:
- A degree level qualification in HR or similar- Sound relevant industry experience in a similar role within fast paced construction environment- Confident in dealing with all areas of HR administration- Previous proven experience in a multi-site business would be highly regarded- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work and deal with competing demands is essential- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office and excellent computer skills- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
