**Front Desk Representative**:
**As the first point of contact for the company, the Receptionist will ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.**
**The Receptionist duties include offering administrative support across the organization. S/he will welcome guests and greet people who visit the company as well as coordinate the front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.**
**Responsibilities**
- **Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the front desk**:
- **Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, arranging security escort as required**:
- **Receives, welcomes and escorts VIP visitors and/or business delegations**:
- **Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls**:
- **Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)**:
- **Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries; in accordance with preset parameters**:
- **Organize mail and/or deliverables between the company's premises**:
- **Liaise with security to maintain updated visitors log**:
- **Update calendars and schedule meetings as required**:
- **Arrange travel and accommodations**:
- **Perform other duties and administrative support as required (for example assist in collecting, recording and maintaining administration services data like supplies, stationery, etc.)**
**Requirements and skills**
- **University graduate with excellent education**:
- **Proficient in English and Arabic; speak, read and write**:
- **Proven work experience as a Receptionist (at least 2 years in hospitality or 4 years in other industries; total experience should not exceed 5 years)**:
- **Customer service attitude**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specially Excel, Word and Outlook**:
- **Hands-on experience with office equipment**:
- **Professional attitude and appearance**:
- **Solid written and verbal communication skills**:
- **Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise**:
- **Excellent organizational skills**:
- **Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
