**Planning Supervisor - Shebeen El-Kom, Egypt**

**Purpose of the Role**:
The position will be a member of the Manufacturing Services team and will be in charge of the following activities:

- Ensure the production requirements at the organization factories are achieved in accordance with the market needs to meet production schedule and customer expectations by creating and maintaining the production Schedule for production optimization.
- Collaborate in Investigating the production problems and participate in analyzing root causes and providing solutions.
- Coordinate with the production team on all relevant topics to the production plan i.e. orders changes, set priorities, missing Packaging &, etc.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate production workflow for our products. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Provide smart and achievable monthly production plan for Egypt factories according to market's needs considering the stock level.
- Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Schedule shifts according to production needs.
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and all other stakeholders.
- Determine the required materials and generate purchase orders taking into consideration lot size.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
- Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Track production volume and monitor customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Maintain company inventory, and minimize both overstock and out-of-stock occurrences.
- Analyze the supply, demand, and forecast.
- Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Work closely with Market, R&D, NPD teams on the key initiative's project
- Ensure timely fulfillment of markets needs with the highest level of customer service.
- Coordinate with the Customer Services team on all topics related to the orders, Forecast, and write-off costs.
- Create reports that show YTD results and Historical data.
- Update the BOM on a regular basis and spread it among the team
- Effectively participate in timely delivering the commitment of the planning department towards local, regional & global function and with a very high level of accuracy.
- Issue the production materials forecasts and continuously review and update them.

**Skills & Experience**:

- University degree in Engineering, Computer & information science, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, FMCG SC environment is preferable.
- MS Office, English language
