**Costing Supervisor**

**What this position is about - Purpose**:
In this position, you will be specialized in areas which directly make an impact on product cost to continuously challenge the status quo and cost-saving opportunities in addition to a single point of contact for specialization also to enhance ground for Management decisions. You will ensure necessary participation and support in the company’s planning, forecasting and budgeting cycles, as well as ensure proper safeguarding of the company’s assets through adherence to the existing and implementation of new procedures.

**What will you do - Responsibilities**:

- Represent GSC Finance as a single point of contact and closely follow up on fixed assets, CIP and depreciation for 3 factories to: Calculate and submit depreciation of existing and future fixed assets on the system for plan periods and explain variances in between plans. Prepare and monitor the depreciation of the CIP. Make all required submissions via the systems
- Coordinate all CAPEX projects with the Engineering Team, provide guidance to create cost-saving opportunities and finally prepare CAPEX reports for the planning process to align with Management
- Manage and coordinate all planning product cost process-related activities with relevant parties for all factories on behalf of GSC Finance to timely and accurately forecast of the product cost
- Lead the implementation of the Internal Controls Framework in coordination with the Internal Controls Department in Market and GSC HQ and closely follow up execution and evidence documentation with involved parties to ensure the controls are maintained as per the description
- Contribute to achieving the factory KPIs, support continual improvement for EHS, Energy & Quality management systems and ensure compliance with the code of conduct, legal & other requirements

**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:

- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related study. CPA/CMA or another relevant accounting qualification
- you possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in a cost accounting position in a multinational company
- You speak fluent English and Arabic
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and ERP. Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge is an asset
