About the role:
We are looking for a Head of Sales Division who is fluent in English, has good communication and management skills, and is goal oriented. Head of Sales is appointed to oversee the team assigned to the portfolio of accounts under his management. Head of Sales duties would include sales, planning, and managing the full relationship between Gold’s Yacht company and the clients in his underlying portfolio.

**Salary**: Up to 2200 USD per month. Basic+Bonuses+KPI
Age : less than 35 years

Qualification criteria:

- Must have handled a team of Sales Officers and front-line sales representatives
- Must have experience in consistently excelling in Sales
- MBA degree is mandatory
- Fluency in English
- Good written and communication skills
The key roles and responsibilities will include:

- Select, hire, train & manage Sales and business development team to ensure a team of the strongest talents is being attracted, motivated, and well maintained
- Develop and plan the go-to-market strategy.
- Planning and executing the company's revenue milestones.
- Function as the key account manager for top clients and ensure client satisfaction is reached.
- Collaborate with multiple functions (Operations, Technology, and supporting functions) to translate the company's vision into commercial strategies.
- Work on the development of the necessary training materials
- Set Sales Targets and objectives strategies
- Work on developing and setting the description of tasks and main duties of each title under his management
- Identify sales opportunities and direct the Accounts management team accordingly
- Strictly ensure the team s weekly/monthly targets are being met by giving them necessary support needed in terms of expanding business volumes, and conducting zoom/skype calls and training;
- Ensure optimum acquisition of bigger shares of business volumes out of existing accounts
- Closely monitor individual accounts' performances to detect any lost business and take immediate corrective actions
- Ensure optimum system & dashboard utilization
- Support the Account Management team by attending higher-level meetings to assist in closing deals
- Resolve disputes
- Review & approve proposed prices submitted to clients
- Conduct a periodic evaluation of the Sales team
- Provide periodic reporting to top management
Necessary skills:

- Planning (decomposition, conversion forecast model)
- Motivation (avoidance motivation and achievement motivation)
- Training (manager's skill model, manager development sheet form)
- Organization (meetings
- weekly,daily, five-minute)
- use Scrum Strategy
**Duties**:

- Work in CRM & improvement of processes;
- Maintenance of working and reporting documentation;
- Negotiating, skype/zoom meeting, help in closing deals with key customers;
- Drawing up commercial offers and conclusion of contracts;
- Tracking payments under contracts;
- Keeping up-to-date customer data in the information system;
- Perform KPI department and company tasks
- Systematize and administer the work of managers;
- Holding meetings;
- Implementation of the sales plan; Increase sales;
- Planning measures to increase revenue;
- Participation in difficult negotiations;
- Project portfolio management;
- Quality control of negotiating (sales script control)
- Personnel Performance Assessment
- Hiring and participation in the training of employees
Speak with clients and management to create a sales campaign:

- Stay current on the latest research data and sales trends
- Work with marketing and logistics to achieve results
- Ensure sales strategies are followed
- Study incoming sales data to make adjustments as needed
Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
