What’s On Your Plate?

Reporting to the Logistics-Dispatch team, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Act as the regional owner for non-live rider support.
- Act as the primary contact point between BPOs and Talabat teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Act as the first and only point of contact for BPO vendors regarding operational and

performance-related day-to-day issues.
- Observe and oversee outsourced business partners' daily performance, question and

challenge KPIs performance vs. targets.
- Report outsourced business performance results, challenges, initiatives, and areas of

improvement to internal operations and Dispatch management on a periodic basis and as

required.
- Act as an acquisition manager to cover all riders' language and chat volume without

breaching the SLA.
- Manage short-term requests and create related ad-hoc analyses.
- Be the extended arm for local and regional logistics teams when it comes to ad-hoc support

requests, special tasks, or projects.

What Did We Order?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in managing teams
- You are highly motivated to own projects and work independently.
- You are able to align the business needs and the team member’s wishes.
- You are able to read and evaluate reports and drive improvements
- You are capable of using Microsoft Office products
- Strong leadership and communication skills for internal and external teams.
- You are fluent when it comes to communicating using the English language verbally and

written.
