About the Job
In this role, you will be an active member of the Marine Division Management Team for Middle East and Africa and will contribute to growing business through Channel Partners and EPC relationship development, to capture large orders. You will be responsible to:
- Drive Sales of Alfa Laval products to Engine Power Plants
- Develop the way to market through Business Partners
- Drive business development in collaboration with Business Unit teams
- Implement and drive Sales Company Transformation strategy
- Analyse and review market potential and business partners performance
- Lead activities to attract new business partners through scouting techniques
- Identify relevant KPIs to grow Sales at each partner
- Lead induction for new partners and secure training certification for partners
- Drive data-driven Sales strategy using CRM
- Responsible for ensuring Business Principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility
- Develop a project funnel and maintaining it in CRM and drive project prioritization / project strategy & other deliverables - Coordinate large projects in complex business and is the contact responsible with Central Division/Business Units - Be hands on and able to look at unexplored markets, plan and deliver results based on Marketing Plans
Who you are
- Industry, Product and Application proven competence - Industry experience - broad experience in Boiler, Heat Exchanger and Separator market - Business acumen - Business/Marketing Analysis, Contracts, Pricing, Sales & Marketing - Financial acumen - Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Excellent in creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Great negotiating skills - Systems / Solutions engineering knowledge - High proficiency in Alfa Laval Core Technology - Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and in making presentations
- Engineering Degree - Mechanical and related. MBA will be an advantage
- Strong networking in the Engine Power Segment with relevant stakeholders
