Senior Sales Representative

Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market share in the building materials industry.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to provide technical expertise, offer product recommendations, and support their project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences, demand patterns, and pricing dynamics, and provide feedback to the management team for product development and pricing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand, generate leads, and increase market visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas for growth.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to enhance their sales skills and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 8-20 years of experience in building materials sales, preferably within the Egyptian market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the building materials industry.
- Technical background in engineering will be a significant advantage.
- Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within Egypt and occasionally abroad for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
