**Responsibilities**:
As a test and validation Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing tests to ensure the quality and performance of our products. In addition, you will collaborate with test facilities to conduct testing activities. You will be in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, product managers, and quality assurance, to define validation test requirements and develop comprehensive test plans for new and existing products.

- Participate in the planning and scheduling of validation test activities, ensuring coordination with internal teams and external test facilities.
- Coordinate and communicate with test facilities to ensure timely and accurate execution of validation tests, including shipping test units, coordinating test setup, and providing necessary documentation.
- Secure validation tests, including functional, performance, reliability and usability tests are carried out according to the defined test plans.
- Utilize test equipment and tools to measure and record relevant data, analyze test results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during validation testing, ensuring continuous product improvement.
- Document and communicate test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the test results and their implications for product development.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of min 5 years of experience in test and validation engineering, preferably in product development or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with a variety of test equipment, tools, and methodologies used in test and validation processes.
- Strong knowledge of testing principles and practices, including functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
