**About this opportunity**

We are now looking for a 2nd Level Operations Specialist responsible for the coordination, integration, and execution of changes in RAN networks. You shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

**What you will do**
- Remote network integration, commissioning, and upgrade of 2G/3G/4G networks
- Provide telecom deployment field support during the commissioning process
- Execution and validation of RF/capacity-planning and optimization requests
- Troubleshoot RFS-related RAN issues
- Provide daily updates to the project management team for tracking purposes
- Availability to work during night and weekend shifts.
- Knowledge transfer to internal and external customers

**You will bring**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering (IT, Telecom).
- Proven experience in a similar role (3-5 years)
- Basic understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G.
- DUG, DUW, and Baseband HW knowledge
- IP, SDH networking knowledge
- NMS knowledge (ENM & OSS)
- NMS supporting tools knowledge (MOSHELL, CNA, Winfiol, SHM, SMO)
- Linux/UNIX knowledge
- scripting languages (VB, Python)
- Good communication and social skills and ability to learn new products.
- Creative thinking and generating innovative ideas.
