**About this opportunity**

BO Probing & Tapping engineer is part of MS team who will manage and operate Probing & Tapping network through performing all 2nd level operations activities.

**What you will do**
- Second Line MS engineer responsible for Probing & Tapping nodes.
- Specialized troubleshooting for Anritsu & Gigamon products.
- Responsible for project support integration & new nodes’ acceptance.
- Providing technical solutions regarding hardware and configuration problems in agreed time frame.
- Ensuring fast response, accurate actions, and decisions during crisis.
- Handling CSRs with customer support team E2E.
- Ensuring reliable accurate solutions provided by support.
- Responsible for verifying new solutions from post-planning team.
- Reviewing new projects’ documentations (HLD, LLD ATP..)
- Verifying test cases and ensuring the applicability according to the network current setup scenarios.
- Migrating new services and nodes to live network while avoiding incidents or major issues.
- Leading major cases troubleshooting with other domains (ex. EPC).
- Periodic auditing on license-controlled nodes to raise flag in case of traffic profile changes.

**What you will bring**
- Graduated from Communication Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Telecom industry.
- Familiar with SIP/BICC/MAP/Diameter/SCTP/GTP protocols.
- Good Linux OS knowledge is preferred.
- Good knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE/IMS/EPC network architecture.
- Good command of English (writing & speaking).
- Experience in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Be able to work morning and noon shifts in addition to night activities.
- Work under pressure/Motivated/Team player/Good communication skills/Accountable/Understand customer needs /Change agent/Winning spirit.
- Any programming language is a plus, preferably Python.
