**About the role**:
The Technical Lead is a key role:
- Identify requirements, procedures, and problems to determine the need for further automation or improve the existing Environment.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

**About you**:
- Expertise and/or certification in server operating systems (Windows Server 2008R2, Windows server 2012, windows server 2016, and windows server 2019)
- Expertise and/or certification in Linux systems (SUSE Linux, redhat, HPUX, centos)
- Experience with SUSE manager
- Experience in middleware (Tomcat, Apache, IIS, Jboss, Wildfly)
- Hands-on Experience in the knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
- Expertise of Schedulers (Control-M)
- Expertise of citrix
- Working knowledge of network topologies and implementations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Working knowledge of Windows-based print queues, file shares, and user/group (Active Directory) administration/troubleshooting.
- Design and managing Active directory (GPO, trusts, replication, authentication, LDAP, Kerberos, sites)
- Strong background in scripting languages (Linux bash, Java, Visual Basic & PowerShell)
- Working knowledge of back-end infrastructure technologies and principles (virtual infrastructure, storage, disaster recovery, and security)
- General knowledge of security devices (firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, firewall rules, boundaries).
- Ability to assess, evaluate the functionality of systems & provide recommendations based on the output of the technical assessment.
- Must display high-level troubleshooting competencies. A proven track record of managing a successful business is a plus.
- Must have exceptional communication skills including written, oral, and presentation.
- Customer service or support background is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills are a Must.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with the client are a must.
