Team Overview:
The wait is over DiDi, the world's leading e-hailing service with 60 million trips completed per day has

finally arrived in Egypt and we want you to join our Start-up team, felled by investments from the

likes of Apple and Softbank, DiDi has set its eyes on expanding its footprint across Egypt.

Role Responsibilities:

- Learning for our leaders about DIDi's growth in MEA region: supporting the team to design scope, goals and KPIs that are fully aligned with company strategy and OKRs.
- Constructing customer insights methodology to dig up customer pain points and feedback in using the product and solutions to continuously improve the experience.
- Involved on Insightful operations: Helping the team to generate deep insights and
understanding of the business and product features through the guidance on become yourself as an experienced professional on project management & stakeholder management (Great opportunity to learn for the best)
- Dealing with data all the time-Track key metrics and extract weekly/monthly reports.
- Getting some learnings on the vast inner workings and products of DiDi on the region.
- You will have a direct impact on Riders & Drivers or the Marketplace.
- Working closely and engaged with a number of functions across the Business-Collaborative
teamwork around here is super valuable.

Role Qualifications:

- An undergraduate student with bachelor degree in a relevant field with statistical analysis.
- Excellent academic track record with leadership experience in university and non-university
activities.
- Business acumen or interested to learn how to manage a business from the scratch.
- Willingness to meet business demands (Part time opportunity)
- A team player with a positive can-do, attitude Creative: Use creative approaches to solve complex issues or out of the box ideas to tackle daily challenges.
- English Communications Skills: Advanced
- Chinese is a must
- Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise with the ability to synthesize a lot of
information
- Outstanding time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
