**Job Purpose**

Responsible to plan, direct and coordinate Human Resources Management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources. Responsible for different activities of Administration in the organization, to ensure that required facilities for work are available.

**Accountabilities**

**Human Resources**:

- Develop and implement HR Policies & Procedures as per labor law to ensure consistent implementation and employee’s compliance with company’s policies.
- Manage and follow up the Implementation of the annual budget and business plan for the HR and Admin Departments to ensure the alignment with top management expenditure requirements.
- Supervise the preparation of manpower plan and organization charts in collaboration with department heads by meeting them to collect the required information, to ensure filling the vacant positions when needed.
- Monitor all periodic performance reports prepared by head of department to ensure that the department is achieving the department goals according to organization targets.
- Ensure the monthly payroll activities are delivered, clear, correct and on time.
- Responsible of yearly process of employee ‘Annual Salary & Benefits Review’ by researching constantly (inflation rates) to give a view of whether or not is closely in the same range as the other companies.
- Manage and document employees’ bonus (quarterly/yearly) process and monitor the implementation of Reward & Recognition programs to ensure consistency.
- Manage employees’ fringe benefits (medical insurance/personal accident insurance etc.) through evaluating the suppliers and contracts to ensure best service is acquired.

**Administration**:

- Analyze current corporate deals and negotiate best available offers to decide on termination and (or) renewal.
- Coordinate on quarterly basis with all departments their office supplies to consolidate all orders and acquire approval from the purchasing department.
- Ensure that operation of the fixed assets services (electricity, plumbs, etc ) by coordinating with the maintenance team the periodic and the pop ups maintenance requirements to guarantee constant flow of work.
- Follow up on the building rents and contracts and ensure the payment of the rents on due date, acquire and pay invoices for the electricity, water, cleanness, etcservices to ensure its availability.

**Legal**:

- Overseeing the administrative investigations with the company’s employees in case of any occurrence of any violations to the company’s policies and procedures to guarantee the company and the employee rights are safe.
- Overseeing the legal function operations by setting the function’s policies and procedures with the legal consultant to ensure compliance with the Egyptian law.

**Salary**: E£20,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Management: 10 years (required)
