**About Our Client**: Our client, a prestigious multinational corporation, is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team. Known for their commitment to legal excellence and innovation, they are looking for an experienced professional who can navigate complex legal landscapes and support their organizational goals.

**The Role**: As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, will focus on managing and overseeing legal processes within the company, includes drafting and reviewing contracts, incorporation of new companies, renewing company licenses, providing legal advice, and handling tax-related disputes. The role involves working closely with various departments and external legal firms to ensure compliance and effective legal management.

**Key Responsibilities in Corporate Law**:
**Drafting & Review**
- Review and draft contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline contract processes and address specific business needs.

**Incorporation of New Companies**
- Conduct thorough research on market requirements, legal codes, government fees, and timelines.
- Oversee the incorporation process for new companies, ensuring all legal formalities are met.

**Annual License Renewal for Companies**
- Manage the timely renewal of licenses for all companies under the organization’s portfolio.

**Legal Advising**
- Provide expert legal counsel across all brands, including the preparation and review of bank reports and other essential legal documentation.

**Tax Card Renewal & Dispute Resolution**
- Supervise the renewal of tax cards and efficiently handle disputes with tax authorities to ensure compliance.

**Document Authentication & Procurement**
- Facilitate the authentication and procurement of official documents, such as commercial records, as per company requirements.

**Amendments to Shareholders' & Board of Directors' Structures**
- Administer and execute amendments to shareholder structures and Board of Directors’ compositions as necessary.

**External Legal Responsibilities**
- Oversee external legal matters, including property regularization, management of ongoing legal cases, property transactions, and annual vehicle license renewals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience in corporate law, contract management, and legal advising.
- Experience with company incorporation and license renewals in multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with Venture Capitals
- Experience with international activities.
- Experience in Merging Acquisition is a plus.
- International markets experience is a must.
- Excellent command in English.
- Proficiency in legal documentation and dispute resolution.
